Welcome to GemZy ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or purchasing from gemzy.co.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About GemZy

GemZy is an online clothing brand based in Bengaluru, India, specialising in developer- and tech-culture merchandise. We sell products directly to end consumers through our website at gemzy.co.in.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) and a resident of India to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the binding price.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in colour may occur due to display settings.
  • We make every effort to keep product descriptions accurate, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions are error-free.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Order confirmation is sent via email after successful payment.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
  • GemZy does not store your payment card or UPI details. All payment data is handled by Razorpay under their security standards.
  • In case of a payment failure, please verify with your bank before attempting a retry to avoid duplicate charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. Shipping timelines and charges are displayed at checkout.
  • Standard delivery: 5–8 business days from dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • A tracking number will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.
  • GemZy is not liable for delays or losses caused by the shipping partner after handover.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details on our return and refund process. In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or wrong items.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
  • Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been dispatched.
  • To cancel, email hello@gemzy.co.in with your order number.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please follow the return process instead.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on gemzy.co.in — including text, graphics, logos, design prints, and product images — is the property of GemZy and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from this site without our prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
  • Resell or redistribute GemZy products for commercial gain without our consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GemZy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
