📏 Sizing
What sizes do you carry?
We make S, M, L, XL, and XXL. All GemZy tees are cut in an oversized boxy fit — if you prefer a fitted look, size down one. Check our Size Guide for exact chest, length, shoulder, and sleeve measurements in both cm and inches.
My size isn't listed on a product — is it out of stock?
If a size isn't showing, it's sold out for that design. Message us on Instagram @gemzy.in and we'll restock if there's demand.
Do the tees shrink after washing?
We use 240 GSM combed cotton. Pre-shrunk, so you'll see at most 1–2% shrinkage on the first cold wash. Wash cold, hang dry, and the fit stays true.
🚚 Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery from there is typically 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 days for other locations across India.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Since every GemZy tee is ₹499, every single-item order ships free.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet — India only for now. International shipping is on the roadmap. Follow us on Instagram for the announcement.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get an SMS/email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account at gemzy.co.in to check order status.
↩️ Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Damaged, washed, or worn items cannot be returned. See the full policy at Shipping & Returns.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at hello@gemzy.co.in with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a pickup and process a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Wrong size — can I exchange?
Yes, size exchanges are the most common request and we handle them happily. Just reach out within 7 days. We'll ship the right size once we receive your return.
🎨 Print Quality & Care
What print method do you use?
We use DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing — not screen printing. DTF gives sharper detail on dark fabrics, handles gradients and fine lines cleanly, and produces a softer hand-feel than old-school plastisol screen prints. Our prints are done in Mumbai with UV-cured inks.
Will the print crack or peel?
DTF prints are flexible and wash-resistant. Wash cold (30°C max), inside-out, and avoid tumble drying. No ironing directly on the print. Done right, the print outlasts the tee.
What fabric are the tees made from?
240 GSM combed cotton — the density that actually feels like a premium tee, not a flimsy promo shirt. Combed cotton removes shorter fibres for a smoother, pill-resistant surface. All black.
💳 Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
All major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if the order hasn't shipped yet. Email us ASAP at hello@gemzy.co.in with your order number. Once dispatched, you'll need to use the returns process instead.
Do you do bulk / custom orders?
Yes — custom team tees for dev teams, hackathons, and bootcamps are something we love doing. Drop us a note at hello@gemzy.co.in with your requirements and we'll sort you out.
