Processing Time

Every GemZy tee is custom-printed on order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before dispatch.

Delivery

• Pan India: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Metro cities: typically 2–4 days
• Tracking number sent via email/SMS once dispatched

Returns

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors. Please check the size chart carefully.

We will replace or refund if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The print quality is significantly different from what was shown

Email hello@gemzy.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, production begins and cancellations are not possible.
